Information architecture is the relationship of how all the different parts and pages of a website are connected to each other. This is generally visually communicated via a sitemap.

Responsive websites respond according to the device that is being used to use the website to give the view the best experience. The time it takes for your website to appear at the top of Google depends on a number of factors. It depends on the search phrases people are using and the competition of those search phrases. Nobody can truly say how long it will take to be listed at the top of Google (including people who actually work for Google), there are however a number of factors to improve your results.
