What if my website wasn’t build by Yellow Design? Can I still be host my website with you?
Yes, you can. Although we would need to do a Website Audit before we would take your website on. We just like to know what is going onto our server as we like to keep them running smooth and fast.
My website is down and not responding, what do I do?
We try to prevent your website from going down. However, we cannot guarantee that your website will not be hacked or the server will not incur problems. We will work to get it back up and running ASAP.

We try to prevent your website from being hacked. However, we cannot guarantee that your website will not be hacked. If this does happen we can assist with cleaning up or restoring the website from a backup, which we run daily.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can. Although that would be sad as we want to see your website grow and give value to your business. If you do want to cancel please email us support@yellowdesign.co.nz and request cancellation and we suspend your hosting and stop your billing.
